The AI Tunes Blog

Release notes, new music and artist stories. Newest first.

The AI Tunes web player is live โ€” no install needed

You can now press play on AI Tunes right from a browser. The web player streams the full 20-track catalog with the Workout, Chill and Party mixes, a fresh Song of the Day every morning, ~4-second crossfades between tracks, and DJ drops woven in like a real station.

It also packs the good stuff from the app: a 5-band equalizer with presets, sleep timer, favorites, recently played, a 7-day "Your Week in Music" recap, and lock-screen controls on supported devices. Free listeners get 6 skips an hour โ€” unlimited skips live in the Android app.

Try it: hit Web Player up top and press play. No account, no download.

Android v2.0.0 is here: EQ, station alarm, artist intros & Chromecast

The biggest AI Tunes update yet just shipped for Android. v2.0.0 adds a 5-band equalizer with bass boost and presets (Normal, Bass Boost, Treble Boost, Vocal, Dance), a station alarm that wakes you up to your favorite mix, and optional on-device artist introductions that announce who's up next.

There's also a local 7-day "Your Week in Music" stats view and Chromecast support, so you can throw the station to your TV or speakers. Crossfade, DJ drops, Android Auto and the home-screen widget all carry over untouched.

Get it: grab the latest APK from the Download button on the home page โ€” it installs right over the old version.

Artist spotlight: Peso Phantom

Peso Phantom turns late nights into anthems โ€” heavy 808s and cinematic trap built for the come-up. If you've caught the Song of the Day lately, you've already heard "Curb to Front Page (Trap)," the track that put the Phantom on the map around here.

Word from the studio: the follow-up single "Neon Confessions" is slated to drop October 9. Check the Up & Coming section on the home page for the full drop calendar โ€” and join the newsletter if you want the alert the second it lands.

On the roadmap: custom playlists, search & scheduled radio

Here's what's queued up after v2.0.0: custom playlists you build yourself, search across the whole catalog, scheduled radio programs that play the right mix at the right hour automatically, and a sleep timer that fades out instead of cutting off mid-chorus.

Longer term, we're opening a curated submission inbox โ€” independent creators will be able to send in tracks, and accepted songs get full artist credit on the station. Details as they firm up, right here on the blog.
