Pack Rush — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Pack Rush is a free Android card game created and operated by Steven Lavoie, a sole proprietor based in New Hampshire, USA. This policy explains what information the game collects, what it does not collect, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email stevetiger1234@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
Pack Rush has no accounts and no sign-up. The game stores only what it needs to run:
- Player ID. A random identifier generated by the game and stored on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or any account.
- Display name. The name you choose for online play, stored with your player ID so other players can see who they are matched against.
- Game records. Your game statistics and records, such as wins and losses, ladder/ranking progress, coin balance, card collection, and pending coin credits.
- Purchase records. When you buy coins, we keep a record of the bundle purchased, the amount paid, the Stripe transaction reference, and the coins credited, so we can deliver your purchase, prevent double-crediting, and handle support and accounting.
2. Payment information
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card number and payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout and go directly to Stripe. They never pass through or are stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.
3. What we do NOT collect
- No accounts, passwords, or sign-up forms.
- No real names, postal addresses, or phone numbers (unless you choose to include them in an email you send us).
- No precise or background location.
- No contacts, photos, or files from your device.
- No advertising trackers or third-party analytics beacons.
- No card numbers or bank details — ever (see Section 2).
4. How we use this information
We use the information above only to:
- Operate the game, including online matchmaking, rankings, and your coin balance.
- Deliver coins you purchase and keep a reliable record of purchases.
- Prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, cheating, and duplicate credits.
- Answer support emails you send us.
5. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers that make the game run:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for coin purchases.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting for the game server and update/download files.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of the developer or other players.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Game and purchase records tied to your player ID are kept while the player ID is active. Purchase records may be kept longer where needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, as the law requires.
- You may ask us to delete the data tied to your player ID at any time by emailing stevetiger1234@gmail.com and including your player ID (shown in the game). We will delete your game records within 30 days of a verified request, except for records we must retain by law. Deleting your data removes your online identity, stats, and coin balance permanently and cannot be undone.
- If you email us, we keep the email thread as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records.
7. Children
Pack Rush is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchases are for users 18 or older, or younger users with a parent or guardian's permission using the parent or guardian's payment method. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, email stevetiger1234@gmail.com and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS), to protect the limited data the game stores. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be announced in the game where practical.
