Pack Rush — Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. About these terms

Pack Rush is a free card game for Android created and operated by Steven Lavoie, a sole proprietor based in New Hampshire, USA ("we," "us," or "the developer"). By downloading, installing, or playing Pack Rush, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Questions about these terms can be sent to stevetiger1234@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

3. Your player identity

Pack Rush does not use accounts, usernames, or passwords. Your identity in the game is a random player ID generated and stored on your device, together with a display name you choose for online play. If you delete the game or lose your device, your player ID, coins, cards, and progress may not be recoverable. You are responsible for your display name and for anything done under your player ID.

4. Virtual coins and virtual items

Pack Rush includes virtual currency called "coins," and virtual items such as cards, card packs, and card sleeves (together, "virtual items").

5. Purchases

6. Randomized card packs

Card packs contain a randomized selection of virtual cards. The odds for each pack type are displayed in the game before purchase. Because pack contents are random, we cannot and do not guarantee that any pack will contain any particular card or rarity. Buying more packs does not change the odds of any individual pack.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or permanently block a player ID from online play, and remove coins or items obtained in violation of these terms, if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

8. Chargebacks and payment fraud

If a payment is charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, we may remove the coins and any items bought with them and restrict the player ID from further purchases or online play. If you have a billing problem, please contact us first at stevetiger1234@gmail.com — see our Refund & Purchase Policy — so we can try to resolve it directly.

9. Online play and availability

Online play is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the game or its servers will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game at any time. If the game were ever shut down permanently, coins and virtual items would cease to be usable and, because they have no cash value, no refund would be owed for them except as described in the Refund & Purchase Policy for recent undelivered purchases.

10. Intellectual property

The game, its artwork, card designs, monsters, names, text, music, and code are owned by Steven Lavoie or used with permission. These terms do not give you any rights in that material other than the right to play the game as intended. All card designs and monsters in Pack Rush are original creations.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steven Lavoie's total liability arising out of or relating to Pack Rush will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid in purchases in the game during the twelve months before the claim, or (b) $100 USD. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. Material changes to how coins work will be announced in the game where practical.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
